Andrea started singing at the age of seven in her parish church choir at home in Kent and has previously been a member of the Royal School of Church Music’s Southern Cathedral Singers, Voces Roffenses, Counterpoint and the Serlo Consort, as well as directing her own chamber choir whilst studying Music at Cardiff University. As well as international touring as a member of classical vocal ensemble VOCES8, Andrea also enjoys leading workshops as part of this role, having also worked with Sing Up and Youth Music in this field. As a soloist Andrea’s repertoire includes Elgar’s The Music Makers, Walton’s Three Sitwell Songs and A Song for the Lord Mayor’s Table, Handel’s Messiah, Purcell’s The Fairy Queen, Bach’s Christmas Oratorio and St John Passion, Karl Jenkin’s The Armed Man, Malcolm Arnold’s Song of Simeon and Handel’s Israel in Egypt.
